Castle Bluff Apartments - Kentwood, MI

Existing three story wood frame multi-dwelling apartment building that sustained substantial fire damage. Structural design included repair & replacement of damaged structural members and all Cantilevered Balconies. The plumbing equipment and piping was studied to determine if it should be repaired or replaced. All electrical wiring and equipment was replaced, including lights, receptacles.

 

Clark On Keller Lake Townhouses - Kentwood, MI

New construction of 52 townhouse units and one community building. Six different apartment units with 10 different building configurations are planned to be constructed in three phases. The first phase is currently under construction. Construction cost $15 million.

 

Heron Courtyard Apartments - Grand Rapids, MI

New construction of 33 unit apartment complex. The apartment buildings are a mix of three standard building types and consist of either two or four unit buildings. Construction cost $2.6 million.

 

Executive Residence - Grand Rapids, MI

New 22,500 square foot residence for a Grand Rapids area executive. Mechanical and electrical engineering design. Mechanical engineering included 17 fan coil units along with radiant floor heating. There is a remote bunker which houses a chiller unit along with an emergency generator. Construction cost $1.2 million.

 

Ida Red Apartments - Cedar Springs, MI

New construction of 56 unit apartment complex. The apartment buildings in this complex are a mix of two story, a two and a half story and a three story buildings. Provide mechanical and electrical engineering. Construction cost $3.0 million.

 

Pathfinder Resources Women’s Rehabilitation Center - Kentwood, MI

New 14,000 square foot center for abused or addicted women. Facility has living quarters, dining, kitchen, lounge, classroom and administration offices. Mechanical, electrical and structural engineering. Commercial split condenser furnace system. Full service commercial kitchen. Power, lighting, fire alarm system, building security system. Wood framed construction. Construction cost $1.2 million.

 

Mallard Pond Apartments - Ann Arbor, MI

New 13,000 square foot wood framed apartment building. Structural engineering for this wood framed building. The building has three supported floors and no basement. This is a prototype building which may be produced up to 26 times on the same site. Construction cost $1.2 million.
